Emerald Princess

My new home for the next 60 days is the Emerald Princess. It feels great to be back on a cruise ship after a 31-day break.

Things I have missed

  • Free beer – The nearest bar is only a few flights of stairs from my room
  • Detachment from the real world. When I put down my phone, the outside world no longer exists.
  • My Daily Cruise Routine
    • Gym – Its nice to get back into a healthy daily routine that starts in the gym
    • Breakfast – Cereal, Vegemite on Toast followed by Egg & Bacon Muffins
    • Lunch – Princess has some of the best pizza slices
    • Afternoon – A couple of cold ales poolside (did I mention free beer?)
    • Evening (O’Malley’s) – Having an Irish Pub nearby provides an authentic pub experience
  • I have my own quiet space where I can relax and almost any time I wish I can find a venue with lots of people, fun, music and entertainment.
