I have returned to the Westfjords region of Iceland and the small town of Grundarfjörður where I was able to visit some awesome waterfalls.
Prins Christian Sund is about 100km long and separated mainland Greenland with an archipelago of islands. Six glaciers extend from the Greenland ice cap into the sound and its adjourning system of fjords creating some of the most amazing secenary I have seen anywhere.
Qaqortoq was the largest town we visited in Greenland. Being more than just a fishing village/cruise port, It offered a more diverse view of life in Greenland.
My first visit to Greenland provided me the chance to enjoy my first ever beer from Greenland while taking in the awesome beaurty of the rugged countryside.
Cork is Ireland’s second largest city and home of two of its most famous Irish Stouts – Beamish and Murphy’s. And the place is filled with hundreds of Irish pubs to serve to serve the stouts.
My second visit to Falmouth gave me one more chance to enjoy life in Cornwall. I split my time between a beautiful walk along the Cornish coastline and the charm of Falmouth itself.
