I have returned to the Westfjords region of Iceland and the small town of Grundarfjörður where I was able to visit some awesome waterfalls.
My first visit to Greenland provided me the chance to enjoy my first ever beer from Greenland while taking in the awesome beaurty of the rugged countryside.
My second visit to Falmouth gave me one more chance to enjoy life in Cornwall. I split my time between a beautiful walk along the Cornish coastline and the charm of Falmouth itself.
Rollover day at Southampton provided just enough time for the 30-minute train ride to the seaside town of Bournemouth.
Reykjavik is Iceland’s largest city and distinctly different to the other part of Iceland we have visited. It was a very modern city that seemed very progressive.
My first visit to Iceland didn’t disappoint. The natural beauty combined with the quaint charm of a small Icelandic village made for a magic day.
The first port on my second cruise to Norway is Haugesand. It feels nice to be back in Norway, especially as the weather has improved significantly in the two weeks I was away.
A beautiful sunny day provided the perfect chance for a stroll around Lerwick, Scotland’s northernmost town.
My third visit to Wales, and first to Holyhead. Wales has a harsh exterior, a working man’s country that is rugged with it own distinct charm.
My third day on Norfolk Island was spent driving around the Island and walking along the rugged coastline.
