The places where my family story unfolded.
For more than two centuries, my family moved through a surprisingly small number of places—from the first settlements on Norfolk Island to Norfolk Plains, the Derwent Valley and communities across northern Tasmania.
These places connect the generations. Some I have visited and photographed myself; others survive through buildings, records, maps and family stories.
